   Way too high and way too low. High being the price, low being to the ground.

   This looks like a dwarf compared to new construction.

   Craig, it was built in 1972. I can remember canal homes built in the mid-60s in Jamaica beach you would hit your head walking under. I can also remember 7 rows of beach houses, including a neighborhood club, no longer there.
