    From Vincent Cho:

I’ve had my house listed in the Heights for a while, with no one following through on an offer. It’s gotten to the point where I’m considering renting out. The big question on my mind is whether Ike should make me really consider renting it out, or if I should wait for buyers (displaced by Ike or here to help rebuild).
