  • Forget the fountain. I’m just wondering how you can ask $625k for a house that recently flooded and needs *everything* redone, when it last appraised for just over $400k!

  • I’m guessing that getting a 13K corner lot in Meyerland for $600K is a steal for the folks who traffic in multi-million dollar new homes. It’s a shame they were wiped out. It’s had one owner as far back as HCAD tracks (1988), so this was likely an original or near-original owner who had long ago paid off the home and did not have flood insurance.
