   The extra bathrooms are for entertaining. That condo is a 2BR place with over 4,000 sq ft. That’s a lot of entertaining space.

   Regarding bathroom count: The description says it has “his and her” master bathrooms so two of the three are inside the master bedroom. The third is probably for the other bedroom and the half bath is for guests.
