Asking $850k with one of those terrible lozenge-shaped corner showers? Getting somebody who knows what they’re doing to make a shower pan out of concrete is an entirely justifiable expense compared to having one of those.

Matx: I seriously wondered if it might be some kind of Turrell-inspired artwork. I know he did do a few small “light pieces” for residential installations early in his career but this is probably the wrong place and time. Still, would have been nice to know what it is.
