I guess 59 is sunk far enough below grade that the property is quiet enough for an offer to be on the table already.

We also live on Vassar, and you can’t really hear 59. There is a 30 foot easement between the Vassar backyards and 59, and then 59 drops down further about the same amount. You can only hear the obnoxious motorcycles. I thought this house was overpriced, but apparently not! Location, location, location :)
