Does the realtor really think the buyer – who’s going to scrape this house minutes after the ink on the contract is dry – cares that there’s a car parked in the front yard?
oh my goodness, I thought that was a joke. I didn’t think a realtor had actually gone and color green digital paint around the border of the house. I didn’t possibly think this was real life and an agent would actually do that to a picture and then put it on HAR where hundreds of thousands of people look on a daily basis. But hey, we are all not cut from the same cloth.
I am not a real estate or marketing expert, but the realtor got more press with his green artwork, then if he would have only posted the original picture..
Even the google street view pic makes the place look halfway decent… Until you see a large parking lot and strip center next door to the East (and a landscaper’s ass another half block down)

I think the 2 cars on blocks and rusty front yard BBQ would be more appealing than that.
Wow, how do they keep their lawn so green?
HAHAHAHAHA the site plot pic is even better…looks like one of those security boxes where you have to re-type the word.

Frank Marquez, Realtor,
In the remote case you ever read this message, I just wanted to say: Good for you, sir. Good for you.
Photoshop Fail!
I see a bright future for this Realtor at Pixar Studios.
Must have a hollywood background. Put that greenscreen up and the rest is all up to your imagination.
L-O-L-L-O.

I love that this house has a convection oven.
Mr. Marquez must have changed the photo since it doesn’t appear in that manner on HAR.COM. any longer.
@miss_msry, it’s still there. It’s picture N-1, not picture 2.
