Very nice tucked away neighborhood. Very nice homes. Awesome West Houston /Energy Corridor location -convenient to I-10 : just North of this neighborhood. I used to ride the Terry Hershey Hike & Bike path from just East of Beltway8 (it starts on the North West edge of Briargrove Park -North Section ) all the way West ,just past Highway 6 ( you can ride up and onto the Barker Reservoir Dam service road – South & West and North and West – really good elevated views of West Houston area ).

Impressive MCM (I know, I know, 1970 doesn’t exactly qualify as “mid-century” but it’s definitely influenced by typical MCM styling cues). They (or, at least the listing agent) are very proud of the pool as it’s shown if just under half the photos. I hope that TV in the master bedroom in on an articulating mount as watching TV at a 90 degree angle from the bed must prove a challenge. Everyone have a great weekend.
Superdave
I presume these “aerial” images were taken from one of the nearby office towers. Depending on how in-shape you are, the hundreds of office workers with a view of your pool might enjoy watching you skinny dip.
Interior has some high-end finishes and a great modern feel. But why no attention to the yard? The burglar bars on the door and minimal landscaping detract from the beauty of the place.

I have to admit, that is pretty freakin’ awesome.
