Good one. Is “littered” really the right word? Do we want our trees “littered” with birds. Can we not think of any other words that bring to mind a better image than a tree littered with birds? How about: trees sprinkled with Cardinals, or trees adorned with Cardinals… also, why does picture 11 feature a metal bedframe and a teddy bear draped over a chair. You can’t even see the room. I am seriously in the wrong business.

The green stuff growing on the front steps is mildew, and it is thrown in at no additional cost to the purchaser. I wonder what the electricity bill would run during the summer for a place like this (8000+ square feet)? Lots of juice required to cool this place! Buy stock in HL&P!
