Don’t they teach you in reality school to clear the rooms out so visitors aren’t turned off by the current owners things.
It’s easier to see potential in an empty room for a buyer.
What’s funny is that’s down the street from my parents’ house (which happily is not on the market and is completely updated). It’s a trip to see one that hasn’t…like a time capsule.
Who needs coasters when there is no room left to even set down a glass of tea.
