  • Great one Gus! I never would have guessed Dickinson in a million years.

  • I didn’t even know where Dickinson was, as a year Houston resident. I was sure that it was going to be in Meyerland.

  • Dickinson! Dickinson! Here I’m always saying Lake Jackson and Galveston are too far away and you give us Dickinson.

Wonder how many Swamplot readers have ever (knowingly, not just passing through on 45) been to Dickinson. Or could even tell you where it is without looking on a map!

PS. Alvin is the same way. Nice house, though.

  • Great pick! Seabrook also has great mods in El Lago and Timber Cove, we used to ski Dickinson bayou back in the day, glass as far as the eye could see.

  • Baytown a couple of weeks ago, Dickinson this week – two awesome and crazily affordable midcentury houses. All these places I never knew I wanted to live before…….

  • As a native Houstonian who has never been to Dickinson (except on the way thru to Galveston) I am quite surprised about this house! Who knew you could get such a cool mod there?
