A New Office Building on the Old HP Campus in Northwest Houston

Construction started yesterday on this Kirksey-designed office building for Noble Energy. The 450,000-sq.-ft. Energy Center Two, located on the site of the former Hewlett-Packard and current Lone Star Community College campus at Hwy. 249 and Louetta Rd., will pair with an existing 497,000-sq.-ft. building that Noble Energy had had renovated.

  • Nice, clean design. I remember when Houston touted Compac has one of its business crown jewels, then HP bought it and gutted it after their CEO promised she’d…blah blah blah, typical.

  • Little misleading to say construction start yesterday. I work down the street, they’ve been site prepping for two months now. Going to be a nice campus for Noble.

  • HP employee here! We have about 8,000 HP employees working @HP campus on 249. Nothing was gutted. The real estate holdings were just downsized.
