That name is backed up by the 1987 obituary of puppeteer Elizabeth “Tootsie” Pohler, who operated the party venue and the Tootsie Pohler Puppets group. The performing marionettists pulled strings for some 25 years in the early days of the Space Age (including an appearance at an annual NASA-sponsored children’s Christmas party in late 1965).

The room is a fire hazard, and none of that crap is remotely interesting. OK, maybe I need a Snickers.

That’s actually Park Place, not Glenbrook Valley.
D’oh! Thanks Eastender — fixed now!
