   Can anybody weigh in on whether the $596 monthly maintenance fee is reasonable for a unit like this? It seems pretty high to me, but then again, I have no idea what is normal in the Houston condo market.
   .
   I also note that the the unit is “fully sprinkled.” Not sure if that’s a standard marketing term, but it made me laugh.
