Outside looks nice, but does not match the inside. I personally love old houses that keep the old house charm. This interior has been white-washed and converted to modern style, which kind of clashes here and there (multi-pane windows and original ornate moldings against mod elements [Eames chair, robotic ceiling fans, curvy bathtub]). Still looks nice, but not my taste. It’s pending so apparently someone else with cash in hand feels otherwise.
Is this a historical district remodel? Wondering why keep the single-pane windows, eave-less soffits, and dragon scale shingles despite the thorough remodeling.
