Interesting story on the former owner. One of the photos on the Chron article shows a picture of him and his spouse in the same kitchen shown on HAR during apparently better and cleaner times.

I’m pretty sure this house was for sale recently for less money, before it was trashed. I think it was around $400k or so. Trash the house and increase the price by 25% !
I’m gonna go with “amateur drug dealer got locked up, home eventually foreclosed.”
