An 1,800-sq.-ft. ground floor retail spot (which Flood previously hoped would be inhabited by some sort of cafe) is currently listed for lease on LoopNet, along with some divisible office space. The listing includesÂ a look at the most recentÂ rendering for that building, which seems to have straightened up and gotten a little taller in places, compared toÂ the 2014 design (also shown below):
