they would do well in their demographic searches for potential locations to identify areas of town with high percentages of non-native population.
this is essentially the same formula “on the border” shoulda/coulda used.
if anyone has tried this food, it’s quite bland and forgetable. even baja fresh, which was an utter flop in DFW 5 years ago, at LEAST was touting the health end of the stick.
