The house was listed at just under $7.5 million back in September 2014 (after reportedly being shopped around for $8 million previously) and was pulled in December of last year following a half-million drop.Â

The reason Mike’s house looks like Juwon Howard’s is because Mike bought the plans from Patrick Berrios, the designer for both houses. I learned how to drive a giant bulldozer on that lot while they were doing rough grading, I can’t believe they left the keys in it over the weekend.
Six million for a house that sidles up to ten lanes of Westheimer? No, thanks.
Not one but two harps that have been converted to curio displays? Ugh.
Interesting that the entire southern property boundary is a very busy Westheimer Road. On the east, it backs up to a battery store. A couple Dobermans would be sufficient to keep the riff-raff out, though.

I grew up in the Tanglewilde area, it was pretty rough then, and its gotten worse. Its a sea of low end apartments over there.
