The house is ho-hum but the water-feature is pretty cool!
If I owned the place, I’d let the ‘lake’ go natural with the addition of reeds and bald cypress…
Might save the home’s slab in the long run.
Dig deeper, this place was owned by a former ‘tourism minister’ from one of the Mexican states, who kn returning to Mexico and was gunned down and killed. The Montgomery Co DA then seized the property starjng it was bought with ill-gotten money, before the DA lost his spine and gave it back.
Interestingly there is a MUCH larger house with moat at the rear of the subdivision on Chelsie place.
