Sergio Ortiz, owner of Houston-based Orion Hotels Inc., is working on the development of a boutique hotel on Washington Avenue, one of the hottest emerging strips in the Bayou City.” [Houston Business Journal]

Hotel San Jose is very cool. that might mean another Lake/Flato project in Houston.
lambert was also quoted in last month’s Houston magazine as being in the conceptual stage on another boutique hotel in midtown - part of the property that the Continental Club purchased adjacent to their’s i believe.
