I am very disappointed that the bedspread is not leopard patterned.
Also, I do prefer this look to some of the offices in my building filled with real animal heads.

The third bedroom is fairly trippy, too. Why is a 7000 sq ft lot considered ‘oversized’?

@Gisgo, inside the Loop, anything over 5000 is called “oversized”. I’ve only ever lived in 6250’s (50 x 125) ITL, so I thought that was the standard, but I found 5K (50 x 100) to be the standard in older sections of Montrose.
