City council members in Baytown are meeting this morning to try to figure out what to do about a sinkhole that’s opened up next to a sewer line that runs adjacent to a bend in Goose Creek. abc13 reported last night that the sinkhole was caused by a rupture in the line, but that repair work had already begun.
